RADA Connect is a programme of online and in-person workshops, webinars and support for people currently underrepresented at RADA, in Higher Education and the industry.

RADA Connect supports applicants with a free application, online and in-person workshops, advice and support for eligible applicants.

The online and in-person support sessions and workshops will support you during and after an application to our BA (Hons) in Acting or Foundation Degree in Technical Theatre and Stage Management.

RADA are not limiting the number of places on RADA Connect for entry in September 2025 for the BA (Hons) in Acting and FdA in Technical Theatre and Stage Management.

Designed in collaboration with industry, mental health, HR, legal and health and safety experts, our free Toolkit has recommended guides, tips and templates to help make productions healthier, fairer and more inclusive.

We award bursaries to students from lower-income backgrounds studying any and all subjects as undergraduates or at HND Level 5 or 6. All you have to do is demonstrate your passion for pursuing a career in television, film or related media industries.

The BFI National Lottery Skills Fund will deliver targeted training interventions to support freelancers and SMEs in the screen sector. Through separate programmes, the fund will support organisations to deliver interventions designed to open up access to training, professional development and provide support in professionalising the workplace.

The BFI’s National Lottery Funding Plan 2023-2026 allocates £5.65m of National Lottery funding over three years to the Skills Fund.
